Attorney with 10 years of solid patent prosecution experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields. Proven record of client development, as supported by a portable book of business.  USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one state bar license required. Experience in preparing patent applications and prosecution, preparing infringement and validity opinions, and client counseling. Attorneys control their own billable rates and there is no minimum hourly requirement. Telecommuting and flexible hours available. We will consider qualified candidates in any part of the U.S.
