JIPL seeks a patent attorney or agent with a Ph.D, M.S., or B.S. in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or physics. Successful candidates should be registered to practice before the USPTO, and have at least eight years experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Candidates having original patent application drafting experience in electrical and/or software related technologies are eligible to telework/telecommute.
