As a 3DXP Media Integration Manager at Micron Technology PE group, your primary responsibility will be working with 3DXP Component Design and Development team, System Design and Architecture, Media Architecture and FW development team to drive successful technical integration of 3DXP components into all Micron End Systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Drive and manage clear product requirement and media policy documentations between Media and System. *Work with Media Architecture and FW Teams to Develop and Validate Media Algorithms. *Support System level failure analysis and debug to enable media integration and system bring up. *Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful resolution of product issues, driving root cause, fix and corrective action. *Troubleshoot, develop or validate Media functionality and usage in systems *Characterize and assess material capability and data feedback/feedforward for integration *Develop tools and capability for system/component issue segmentation. *Highlight areas of concern for 3DXP Component and System Teams *Evaluate data sheets and provide feedback to Application Engineers *Assess gaps in component test, error recovery, or component requirements *Actively participate and engage in product engineering meetings and focus teams. *Provide Training across disciplines for System and Media Teams
*Min Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering *Memory cell operations, device physics and reliability mechanisms *Memory and Storage System behavior, architecture and design *Excellent statistical knowledge, data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills *Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and leadership skills *Ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment and adapt to change *Drive to determine root-cause and provide corrective action for product issues *Ability to lead cross functional teams to understand and fix a wide variety of issues *Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects *Self-motivated and enthusiastic in a challenging, dynamic environment *Demonstrated ability to partner successfully with other groups to build strong peer relationships and achieve the best outcomes for Micron. *JMP, Python, Perl, Linux, Excel, PowerPoint
