**Sign-On or Relocation Bonus Available**ENSCO Avionics, Inc. has a need for a Test Equipment engineer to design control systems test equipment used in avionics and power management systems.  The individual will be responsible for generating test stand and associated assembly designs to stimulate and verify functionality of control system boxes.  Candidate will perform electrical design, schematic design, and integration activities.  Knowledge of circuit design, electrical engineering concepts, and test methods is required.  Tools used for the design include Microsoft Office, VISIO, Mentor Graphics Expedition and Eagle Schematic capture.  Optional activities include the PWB design of interface circuit board and script level integration with the end units. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years related experienceMust Be a U.S. CitizenTest Equipment design and integration experienceMS Office (Excel, Word, etc)VME/VXI, PXI or other Test Instrumentation Hardware experienceExperience with various serial bus interfaces such as CAN, Jtag, 1553, or ARINCTest Script software generation, modification and execution.Review system/customer design specifications and determine how to test the product accurately and provide feedback if necessary.Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environmentsExcellent verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively in teleconferences with suppliers, clients and colleaguesIndependent self starter who can drive tasks to completionAvionic or Military embedded controlPWB/Schematic capture experience using Eagle, Mentor Graphics, or similar schematic capture toolsetLabview ExperienceMS Visio experienceMechanical assembly experienceDigital circuit design experience#LI-MM1 For more than 35 years, ENSCO Avionics has developed sophisticated airborne systems for the aerospace industry to meet DO-178C, DO-254, DO-278A, and military standards for manned and unmanned systems.
