IAI is seeking a Nuclear Engineer to support a client in Charlottesville, VA.

General Job Responsibilities:

Performs weapons of mass destruction (WMD) (focused exclusively on nuclear) analysis to develop innovative collection concepts

Interfaces with academia, DoD, national labs and the Intelligence Community to address nuclear WMD issues

Independently develops procedures/tradecraft for more junior personnel

Writes reports detailing methods, results, and impacts to assigned nuclear WMD issues

Position Requirements:

Extensive demonstrated knowledge/experience with nuclear WMD collection and analysis

Experience creating nuclear WMD-related reports based upon the resulting work/accomplishments

Published nuclear WMD reports and/or authored new procedures/methods to create innovative approaches to solve complex nuclear WMD issues

Significant current experience (i.e., within last 2 years) in nuclear WMD-related work

Education/Experience Requirements:

Advanced degree in engineering or scientific discipline with 10 years or relevant experience.

Clearance Requirements:

Active TS/SCI with in-scope CI Poly
