As a Product Compliance Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the management system that ensures Micron products are designed to meet the compliance requirements of the consumer market.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

*Work with key partners and Micron customers to understand requirements and ensure that Micron products conform to those requirements *Provide information to internal and external parties regarding Micron Policy and interpretation of statutory and regulatory requirements *Coordinate data collection, product testing and review of documentation to support certifications and conformance to statutory and regulatory requirements *Partner with external customers, suppliers, as well as Micron's stakeholders (Business Units; Design Engineers; Environmental, Health and Safety; Manufacturing; Procurement; Quality; Subcontractors; and Sales) to support and coordinate audits, run testing, interpret and/or implement customer specifications and industry regulatory requirements *Monitor and review global compliance regulations as well as customer requirements through published rule makings, guidance from regulatory agencies, conferences, and work groups and respond to changes as applicable

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*B.S. degree in engineering, chemistry, or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience related to semiconductor manufacturing and products *Strong leadership and vision and must be able to comfortably work across organizational boundaries and geographies *Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and key partners on strategic decisions across multiple functions and geographies *Ability to be guided by business objectives and determine the best methods for delivering results *Demonstrated proficiency in independently completing complex tasks *Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills *Effective negotiation and facilitation skills *Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) *Proficiency in technical writing *Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment *Strong analytical and problem solving skills *Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional organizations to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements *Ability to develop global programs and deploy to a multi-cultural audience

PREFERRED:

*5+ years industry experience or recent Master's degree, M.B.A. preferred
