**Sign-On or Relocation Bonus Available**ENSCO Avionics, Inc. has a need for a Test Equipment engineer to design test equipment assemblies used in avionics and power management systems.  The individual will be responsible for designing Test Equipment assemblies used in Automated Test Stands.  Candidate will perform electrical design, schematic design, and integration of the Test Equipment.  Knowledge of circuit design, electrical engineering concepts, and test methods is required.  Tools used for the design include Microsoft Office, VISIO, Mentor Graphics Expedition and Eagle Schematic capture.  Optional activities include the PWB design of interface circuit board and script level integration with the end units. Bachelor of Science degree in  degree in Electrical Engineering,  or equivalent with a minimum 2 years' related experience Must Be a U.S. CitizenMS Office (Excel, Word, Visio etc.)Ability to use test instruments such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies etc.Ability to read and understand schematicsAbility to read and understand component data sheets to determine required components for design.Analog circuit design experienceElectrical assembly design experience.Integration and debug of hardwareExcellent interpersonal skills including working in team environmentsExcellent verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively in teleconferences with suppliers, clients and colleaguesIndependent self-starter who can drive tasks to completionPWB/Schematic capture experience using Eagle, Mentor Graphics, or similar schematic capture toolsetOther drawing tools such as Microsoft VISIOMechanical assembly experienceExperience with various serial bus interfaces such as RS422, USB, CAN, JtagAvionic or Military embedded controlTest Script software generation, modification and execution.Digital circuit design experience#LI-MM1For more than 35 years, ENSCO Avionics has developed sophisticated airborne systems for the aerospace industry to meet DO-178C, DO-254, DO-278A, and military standards for manned and unmanned systems.
