Tyson Foods is hiring for highly-motivated individuals to partner with our business teams to understand and solve everyday business problems with new and innovative technology solutions.

What is your role in Tyson Technology?

We are looking for individuals with the right attitude and aptitude to be part of the growing team at Tyson Foods. We will teach you the technical and soft skills needed to transform our business. After completing your Tech@Tyson multi-week onboarding experience and training, you will learn specific skills in one of the following areas: software engineering, data analytics, cloud engineering, automation & robotics, or business & technical analysis. You will then practice these skills to innovate, solve problems, and provide customer centered solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Requirements:

Location: Springdale, AR

Education: College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or other technical area. Recent college graduates preferred.

Experience: No experience requirement. Internship experience preferred.

Communication Skills: Applicant should be able to communicate effectively with internal customers, leadership, and peers.

Supervisory: No

Travel: Minimal travel requirements.
