Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team in the Whitehall, Ohio location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM Solution for the agency. The Project Manager is responsible for tracking and communicating project status, serving as an escalation point to resolve obstacles, and working to deliver project work on schedule and budget. The Project Manager works closely with the ServiceNow Engagement Manager, Government Manager, National NOC team leads and in coordination with all other involved stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver ServiceNow releases. This is a critical position for coordinating efforts amongst a diverse group of stakeholders.
The project manager must be able to decompose problems and issues into discrete tasks that convey the reason why and when issues must be resolved and the ensuing impact to schedule if problems are not resolved in time.
15 years experience managing systems, network engineering or IT functions in a federal government or multinational environment. Two of the last 5 years must have been in a direct role implementing, testing or managing IT service management functions.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT or Engineering).
Experience with service monitoring and ticketing tool such as Remedy, SolarWinds, SCSM, SCCM, etc.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
ServiceNow experience is a plus.
PMP certification desired but not required.
Security Clearance Requirements:
May be asked to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.
