Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Ensure NRC/industry licensing and design requirements are met through effective implementation of established engineering processes

Ensure best operating practices are implemented throughout the organization

Support nuclear power plant refueling outages

Lead a large and growing team in a very complex/dynamic business environment

On-time delivery of high-quality engineering documentation in accordance with contract requirements, business procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Support GEH Nuclear quality requirements including design reviews, technical investigations, and the Corrective Action Process

Interface for various internal/external customers as well as the NRC and INPO

Support company initiatives such as Lean process/continuous improvements, et al

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline or similar

Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and engineering standards

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience

Minimum 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry
