Description
Serve as the senior IT leader responsible for enterprise technology solutions in the domain of case management and workflow, serving the business needs of all COF lines of business. Build relationships with business partners and determine the appropriate use of technology to achieve business goals. Provide strategic technology leadership and lead a large team of associates and contractor resources to accomplish business objectives. Manage multi-million dollar budget to ensure effective controls on expenditures and compliance with accounting guidelines. Provide routine and on-demand communications to executives and partners on the performance of business applications. Responsible for end-to-end technology services including technology strategy, investment planning, portfolio governance, project delivery, and system support and enhancement.
This is a key leadership role reporting to a VP in Retail Bank IT. This role will be responsible for 4-8 teams who provide case management, workflow, and process orchestration services to all the COF lines of business. This role will interact with Director-level to SVP-level associates across IT on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business to develop new strategies and identify gaps in IT services and systems for clients. Manage client relationships by consulting on business needs, compliance and security standards.
- Govern and oversee a large portfolio of projects and systems across all COF lines of business
- Manage technology teams to develop business applications, ensure business applications have high availability and adequate performance, and demonstrate year-over-year delivery and reliability improvements
- Manage associates to ensure their success and professional development
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback to business partners on performance of business applications
- Manage the budget a large IT investment and support budget
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure value of products and services delivered
- Provide senior level technical consulting to IT directors and teams. Responsible for developing operational support processes to ensure service level agreements are met, managing security and compliance risks, and maintaining, testing and auditing existing systems. Ensure compliance with all corporate technical standards, corporate delivery processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematics
- 1 year of experience in Strategy Development
- 5 years of experience in People Management
- 2 years of experience in Project Management
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management of IS or IT
- 5 years of experience in Strategy Development
- 10 Years of experience in People Management
