As an Engineering Manager working within the AR/VR Media Team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you’ll coordinate and manage a team responsible for the products and tools that serve immersive media creators and their content management, on-boarding, and publishing of VR-first content. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineering manager with experience with professional creator tools, and/or experience working on customer-facing products, with a passion for virtual reality.
Manage and support an engineering team responsible for products and tools that serve creators of VR-first media.
Maintain a focus on strong quality, application health, and high performance across the team.
Define and manage success metrics across the team.
Identify opportunities to share technology within and across teams.
Identify and manage partnership opportunities with internal cross-functional partners.
Partner with product visionaries to deliver exceptional experiences for VR creators.
Be the proponent for best practices, strong technical solutions, and frameworks across the team and organization.
5 years work experience as an engineer on professional creator tools, and/or customer-facing products, including hands-on technical management.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with other (internal or external) teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience managing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
