WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager for our New York, NY, Washington, DC, Denver, CO, San Diego, CA, Federal Way, WA and/or Seattle, WA offices.

The Project Manager will function in a key leadership role promoting and spearheading critical civil design projects, both domestic and international, for federal clients. The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Manage project budgets and schedules

Lead teams of engineers and designers to produce project deliverables for municipal and military projects.

Responsible for business development efforts with private and public sector clients.

Review technical reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of experience leading the design of large civil projects

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from an accredited program

PE license

Strong business development capabilities and track record

Strong communication and leadership skills

Team-oriented attitude

Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications

Department of Defense project experience and airfield design experience
