Electrical Engineering Jobs

Electrical engineering jobs, or electrical and electronic engineering jobs, as they are otherwise referred to, are positions which require a high level of technical competence. An electrical engineer generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. This field covers a huge range of subfields, including power, electronics, control systems, signal processing, and telecommunications.
An electrical engineer usually has a broad knowledge of his/her field along with experience in educational and/or institutional building design. For an electrical engineering job, the incumbent needs to have broad knowledge of building, lighting, and design; building power distribution design and circuiting; building and electrical code knowledge; fire alarm system design; and voice/data system design and layout. Familiarity with Word and Excel is also a big plus. An electrical engineer with CAD design and OSHPD experience is a perfect fit. Knowledge of REVIT 08 would be an additional benefit for any electrical engineering job.
