Security Vulnerability Assessment Engineer - 2 year Qualys experience with both Compliance and Vulnerability Scan - Implement a risk-based vulnerability program that timely identified and remediates vulnerabilities associated with internal-facing and external facing syste
ms, and where necessary, extend program to leverage external 3rd-party vendors to assist with vulnerability assessments, as well as provide feedback on program effectiveness. - Manage risk assessment program that drives security requirements early and throughout all stages of ePLC, with exit security criteria for each stage, for all new Program and non-Program projects, to ensure new projects are being implemented with security, a.k.a. ASA process. - Manage and maintain critical security infrastructures Communicate with stakeholders to explain security risk and findings and coordinate remediation process. - Strong experience with risk and vulnerability assessment skill and methodology, master various related tools such as Rapid7 or other scanner Experience implementing, managing, and securing Solaris, AIX, Windows, Cisco, NIS, and DNS computing environments Experience with major firewall products including Cisco PIX/ASA, Application firewall, Intrusion prevention, and Security Information and Event Management products. Experience administering TACAS , IPSEC & SSL VPN, Secure ID authentication authentication
Experience developing and maintaining scripts or SQL databases a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
