Job Summary:

Requirements:
Ability to think independently and provide others with convincing and persuasive evidence that supports a stated acquisition strategy or position. Must be proficient in the most current version of the Microsoft Office Suite of software products, including but not limited to, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft Access.. Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes as contained in the DoD 5000 series directives required. Acquisition Professional with Level 3 Program Management DOD Acquisition Certification (DAWIA) or industry equivalent. Experience with Acquisition Category (ACAT) I or ACAT IA programs required.. Management experience, including well-developed acquisition planning, strategy development, negotiations, contract/order administration, pricing analysis, and related functional assignments in the execution of the acquisition related requirements. Knowledge of program management disciplines, including program management plans, risk management plans, Quality Assurance (QA) plans, performance monitoring requirements, and the automated tools, and program status tracking techniques required to support program operations. Ability to read regulatory, policy and related acquisition guidance, interpret that guidance to a stated situation, and apply the concepts presented in the guidance. Ability to think independently and provide others with convincing and persuasive evidence that supports a stated acquisition strategy or position. Ability to multitask and work effectively, independently and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting established quality standards. Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with senior level U.S. Government managers and teammates during periods of high stress and tight deadlines. SECURITY CLEARANCE required.
