Engineering firm eServ relocates

Engineering and consulting firm eServ is relocating from its current location in Rock Island, IL, to Davenport, IA. In the fall, eServ will begin construction on a 32,000-square-foot facility. eServ plans to relocate its 160 employees and hire 105 new employees. The relocation is the result of Davenport's council members' approval of an incentive package that includes property tax reimbursements of almost 80%. Scott Miller, eServ's chief operating officer, said that space constraints were another reason for the relocation.
